  • Some reservations—especially special offers or discounted deals—may be non-refundable.

Refunds

  • All eligible refunds will be issued after approval from the respective rental partner.
  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
  • Roadonwheels is not responsible for delays caused by payment gateways or third-party systems.
